1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
To register and use the 7u710 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registering, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7u710 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage and to close or suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an account closed on age-ineligibility grounds may be forfeited.
Clause 1.2
One Account Policy
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the 7u710 platform. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where 7u710 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds forfeited. The determination of whether accounts are duplicates rests solely with 7u710.
Clause 1.3
Account Information Accuracy
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. 7u710 relies on the information provided to verify identity and process withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal hold, or permanent closure. 7u710 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

KYC Verification
7u710 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Players may be required to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 7u710 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may be closed and relevant balances dealt with at 7u710's discretion in accordance with applicable guidelines.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Clause 2.1
Permitted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals at 7u710 must be made through one of the approved payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and other bank transfer options as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Players must use a payment account registered in their own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in transaction reversal and account investigation. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are set in the cashier section of the player's account.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by 7u710 within the timeframes published in the cashier section. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where a withdrawal is flagged for additional KYC review. 7u710 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal. Players are responsible for providing correct withdrawal account details — 7u710 is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly specified accounts.

Currency
All account balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and winnings at 7u710 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees that may be levied by their payment provider when transferring funds to or from their 7u710 account. 7u710 does not accept liability for exchange rate differences or third-party conversion fees.
Bonuses and promotions at 7u710 are subject to rollover requirements — always read the full terms of each offer before claiming.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Cash winnings from bonus play that meet rollover conditions are withdrawable as real funds.

Bonus Eligibility

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued at 7u710 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on games explicitly listed as eligible within the individual bonus offer contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards rollover completion.

Bonus Abuse
7u710 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear rollover with minimal game exposure, and coordinated bonus claiming across groups of accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7u710 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Conduct that is strictly prohibited at 7u710 and the consequences of such conduct.
Clause 4.1
Fraud, Collusion & Match-Fixing
Players must not engage in fraudulent conduct of any kind in connection with the 7u710 platform. This includes but is not limited to: using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; attempting to defraud 7u710 or other players; engaging in or facilitating collusion between players in any game; placing bets based on inside information in respect of any sporting event; and any conduct that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corruption of a sporting event outcome. 7u710 will report evidence of match-fixing or fraud to relevant authorities.

Software Exploits & Automated Betting
Players must not use automated betting systems (bots), artificial intelligence tools, scripting software, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over 7u710 or other players. Players must not exploit software bugs, glitches, display errors, or system vulnerabilities. Where such exploitation occurs, any winnings generated as a result are void. 7u710 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of using prohibited software or exploits.
Clause 4.3
Restricted Jurisdictions
The 7u710 platform is intended for use by players resident in Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online betting and casino services are prohibited by local law is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the 7u710 platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. 7u710 accepts no liability for players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions. Accounts found to be registered from prohibited locations will be closed and balances dealt with at 7u710's discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability & Amendments

Clause 5.1
Platform Availability
7u710 endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond 7u710's reasonable control. 7u710 is not liable for losses, including lost betting opportunities or winnings, that arise from periods of platform unavailability. Where a bet has been placed and accepted prior to a system interruption, 7u710 will make reasonable efforts to settle that bet in accordance with its published settlement rules.
Clause 5.2
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u710 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm. 7u710's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.
Clause 5.3
Amendments to Terms
7u710 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 7u710 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 7u710 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amended Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment should cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of their real-money balance.
Clause 5.4
Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. English is the governing language for the interpretation of these Terms. Where a translated version of these Terms is made available (including any Bengali rendering on this platform), the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency, ambiguity, or dispute regarding interpretation.
